Owned and operated by Holly Wiest, Cotton-Top Pastries is a small batch, scratch-made bakery based in Helena, Montana.

Cotton-Top specializes in handcrafted, seasonally inspired, bespoke pastries, cakes, & pies. We believe in quality over quantity and ingredients are sourced with care and purchased locally whenever possible. Cotton-Top recipes always use Wheat Montana Flour, local Hutterite eggs, and real butter. We proudly brew Revel Coffee.
