Owned and operated by Holly Wiest, Cotton-Top Pastries is a small batch, scratch-made bakery based in Helena, Montana.

Inspired by old family recipes and my pastry training in France, Cotton-Top specializes in handcrafted, seasonally inspired, bespoke pastries, cakes, & pies.

Ingredients are sourced with care and purchased locally whenever possible. Cotton-Top recipes always use Wheat Montana Flour, local Hutterite eggs, and real butter.

Find Cotton-Top, and delicious pastries, every Saturday from 9am to 1pm at the Fuller Street Farmers' Market (April-December 20th) or visit our studio space at 212 S. Park Avenue (by appointment only). I am also available for special orders throughout the week (five days notice please!).
