The Story So Far...

Like so many born and raised in a small town, I jumped at the chance to get out and see the world. First, it was San Francisco, then Asheville North Carolina, and finally Yssingeaux, France to attend the Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie where I would hone my pastry skills, but Montana's inescapable beauty endured within me. Finally, after years of baking all over the world I decided it was time to come back to my heart and my home in Helena, Montana; the happiest move of them all. With my bakery dreams dreamt, I made the decision to start Cotton-Top Pastries in 2014. I believed then (and continue to believe today) in the connection between food and community and that Helena deserves both classic and creative baked goods made from the best, seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Our pastries are handcrafted with integrity in small batches with ingredients procured by local farms and organically sourced whenever possible.
