Holly Wiest is a classically trained Pastry Chef who has spent the last decade wandering and baking her way through San Francisco, Montana, Western North Carolina, and most recently Southern France. Holly has always had a vested interest in food, photography, antiques, animal welfare, and the adventures of travel.

Holly currently resides in Helena, Montana where she operates a small bakery, Cotton-Top Pastries. You can find her at the Fuller Street Farmers' Market every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.
